Custom Design

To begin the process, book a consultation with our design artist. Before your appointment, gather your ideas, visuals and budget. No clue where to start? No worries! We’ll guide you through the process and offer our creative ideas every step of the way.

During your initial meeting, we’ll talk about your vision and inspiration. After we’ve understood your dream, we’ll use CAD (computer-aided design) to create a 3D jewelry rendering. Through this beautiful combination of art and technology, you’ll be able to inspect every angle and detail until it’s perfect in your eyes. 

Once we’ve finalized your CAD rendering, we’ll create a full-sized wax model. At this stage, you’ll be able to try on the prototype of your new jewelry piece and inspect the finer details. If you have any changes, we’re happy to make adjustments. 

Next, we’ll cast your design using the finest diamonds, gemstones and metals. Our master jewelers will execute every detail, ensuring accuracy and excellence. Once your completed creation is ready, you’ll be invited back to our store for the final reveal. We can’t wait for you to see your vision come to life.
