Visit our store or start a repair request online, you'll save time while dropping your item(s) off in-store.

Bring your jewelry to the store

Our jewelry repair team will review your jewelry and if applicable, will determine which repairs are covered by a warranty or Lifetime Protection Plan.

Your jewelry is repaired by our expert jewelers

Certified expert jewelers will take care of your jewelry and fix any issues

4.

Pick up your jewelry

We'll contact you when your jewelry is ready for pick up. We guarantee 6 months on all repairs. If any of our work does not meet your expectations, we'll repair it for free.
